Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping Policy

* Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day.

* Due to the high volume during the holidays and after promotions, please allow up to 8 business days for your order to process.

All continental US packages are shipped by our chosen carrier, UPS. All express and priority shipments are shipped and delivered by UPS. Note, Next Day Shipping Service requires a signature for release. Standard shipping options are delivered by USPS. Biannca Prince Lashes is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact us within 5 days from the last scanned date. 

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. BPL is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender.

 

BPL  has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order. Refunds need to be addressed within 5 days from receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer. Please note, we only accept returns from BPL. 

 

  • We do not accept exchanges on any orders.

  • Any refunds for items purchased within gift sets are not accepted separately. All gifts or collection sets must be returned as a whole in order to receive a refund.

  • Packages returned back to bianncaprincelashes.com due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.
